The Storelli protective gear line began in the studio as rolls of fabric and foam, ready to be cut up and sewn into prototypes and sent out onto the pitch. The true start is defining the problem to be solved, and the research and competitor analysis that follows. However, the ability to then create prototypes and work out the functional aspect of the design is crucial. The ability to do it all from start to finish means the end product has retained 100% of the design intent.
